Can I share a Public Roadmap with customers or a selected segment? pro plan & up
Be aware: Beamer Feedback is in open beta and we’re working on making it the best product it can be for you. The current version is available for free while in open beta, but some features may be limited to a paid plan once fully released.
You can share the Public Roadmap with select users, for example, logged in users or everyone. This feature is useful if you want to be more stealthy about a feature that has strategic advantage or share features only with a certain set of customers, like beta users.
- Log in to your Beamer account. If you don’t have one, you can sign up for one here.
- Go to Beamer Feedback.
- Click the pencil icon on any Idea.
- Create or select a segment or multiple segments of customers. Learn more about creating Segments here.
If you prefer not to share your Public Roadmap, don’t enable this option. Once it’s enabled, it will be visible in your Beamer widget and/or standalone page.
