Since launching Beamer in 2017 we have always focused on providing our customers with high impact products that solve real needs at the lowest possible price. All the while putting top priority on ease of use AND providing absolute best in class support (thanks Anna, Laura and the whole support team 🙏)!

To that end – we are making some changes to our pricing plans, packing each one with even more value and adding new features and capabilities. 

These changes will go into effect automatically on September 1st – no action required on your end. 

You can check out the specific changes for each plan below:

Startup > Starter

The Startup plan will now be called ‘Starter’ reflecting the feedback we received that many startups choose other Beamer plans and that this plan is likely best if you are just starting out or use Beamer for a hobby or personal interest. In terms of capabilities there are two important changes taking place:

  1. Boosted Announcements including pop-ups, banners, snippets and tool tips is now being included so that you can increase engagement even further 🚀
  2. Real time updates have now been added allowing users to receive your notifications nearly instantly, without having to refresh the page ⚡️

Pro plan

The Pro plan will maintain its name and its best in class value, including many of our most popular features at an unbeatable price. In terms of capabilities there are three important changes taking place:

  1. Boosted Announcements including pop-ups, banners, snippets and tool tips is now being included so that you can increase engagement even further 🚀
  2. Inbox will be officially launched and included at no extra cost. Review user feedback and respond directly from Beamer’s dashboard! Use features like Saved Replies, Snoozing and Filters to turbocharge your team’s efficiency 📬
  3. Email notifications will be officially launched and included at no extra cost. Send emails out to users for important Beamer posts without having to use other tools. A sending limit of 5,000 emails per month will be applied (you can buy more in blocks if needed) and users will need to subscribe via an opt-in on your sidebar widget 📥

Enterprise > Scale

The Enterprise plan will now be called ‘Scale’ reflecting the feedback we received that companies in many different stages choose this plan who want to provide their users with the best in-product engagement experience possible. In terms of capabilities there are three important changes taking place:

  1. Inbox will be officially launched and included at no extra cost. Review user feedback and respond directly from Beamer’s dashboard! Use features like Saved Replies, Snoozing and Filters to turbocharge your team’s efficiency 📬
  2. Email notifications will be officially launched and included at no extra cost. Send emails out to users for important Beamer posts without having to use other tools. A sending limit of 20,000 emails per month will be applied (you can buy more in blocks if needed) and users will need to subscribe via an opt-in on your sidebar widget 📥
  3. Audit logs will now provide admins with even more control and visibility into how their Beamer account is being used increasing security and compliance 🔒

Custom

We are excited to now offer a new top tier Custom plan for those customers that want an even more personalized Beamer experience and the highest level of support. This plan will include all Scale features plus the following:

  • Unlimited users
  • Security Audit & Compliance (SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR)
  • Vendor Review
  • Custom Contract & SLA
  • Invoices / Bank transfer / ACH
  • Personal executive
  • Onboarding

The monthly prices for our updated plans are $59 for Starter, $119 for Pro and $299 for Scale. If you want to lock in your current monthly rate you can do so by switching to annual billing. Contact our team if you are interested!
