Everything you need to know about getting started with Beamer

How to change the default date of NPS Analytics?

By default, Beamer NPS Analytics will show you the data of the last 14 days of interactions. You can change that manually by using the filters at the top of the page, but you can also set a new default that will be used each time you check your analytics.

To change the default date…

  1. Either go to NPS > NPS settings (bubble_chart), or go to Settings > NPS (settings).
  2. Scroll down to the NPS Analytics section.
  3. Modify the number of days on the Default Date Range option.
  4. Don’t forget to save your changes.NPS analytics default setting demo
