You can integrate NPS (Net Promoter Score) with your system via webhooks to automatically send data to your endpoints whenever specific NPS events occur.

Here’s how to set up and use webhooks for NPS:

Step 1: Go to Integrations in your dashboard. Select Webhooks from the available options.

Step 2: In the Event Dropdown, select the event – New NPS Score.

Step 3: In the Send to space, add the URL of your endpoint where you want to post the event data.

Step 4: Click on “Save New Webhook” to make the changes

Webhook Request Validation:

• To validate requests sent to your endpoint, use the Beamer-Webhook-Secret header included in the webhook request.
• Ensure that the value of this header matches the secret for the webhook that you’ve set up. This secret can be found in your webhook configuration settings.

Users can apply the same logic for other webhooks like New Post, Post Edited, Post Deleted, New Comments, New Reaction, New NPS Score, New Idea, New Idea Comment, and New Idea Vote.
