If your segmentation post isn’t displaying on the standalone page, it’s likely because Beamer doesn’t recognize the user when they access the standalone page directly. This can cause the segmentation conditions to not apply, meaning segmented posts won’t appear.
To fix this, follow these steps:
1. Open the Beamer Widget First: Ensure the user first opens the Beamer widget on the site where it’s installed. This step is crucial, as Beamer needs to recognize the user through the widget.
2. Navigate to the Standalone Page from the Widget:
Once the widget is opened, the user should navigate to the standalone page by clicking on the widget header. This allows Beamer to identify the user and apply the correct segmentation rules.
By accessing the standalone page this way, the segmentation conditions will be respected, and the posts should appear as expected. If users go directly to the standalone page without first interacting with the widget, Beamer might not apply the segmentation properly, and posts won’t display.
