What are Comments and reactions?

You can add feedback and reactions to any post which allows users to leave a smiley face reaction or text comments (private, only visible to account admins). This is a great feature to understand what your users think about your latest updates.

How to enable comments and reactions?

How to enable comments?

  1. While creating or editing a post, scroll down to the publishing options section.
  2. Look for the Enable comments option and click on it. If the switch is green and to the right, the option is enabled (toggle_on).

  3. Don’t forget to save your changes.
  4. Your published post will include a feedback box, where your users can send you comments about your content.

How to enable reactions?

  1. While creating or editing a post, scroll down to the publishing options section.
  2. Look for the Enable reactions option and click on it. If the switch is green and to the right, the option is enabled (toggle_on).

  3. Don’t forget to save your changes.
  4. Your published post will include reactions icons, three buttons with expressions that will allow your users to communicate their enthusiasm for your posts: positive, neutral or negative.
